Bruce Adler

Bruce Adler, Tony-Nominated Actor, Dies at 63
Bruce Adler, the scion of Yiddish theatre family who went on to have much success on the Broadway stage, winning two Tony Award nominations, died in the early hours of July 25, said his close friend, actor Mike Burstyn. Mr. Adler, age 63, had been battling liver cancer.

Connick Vehicle Nice Work If You Can Get It Postponed
Don't expect Harry Connick Jr. to sing "Do-Do-Do" anytime soon. The Boston launch of Nice Work If You Can Get It, borrowing songs and plot elements from the Gershwins' Oh, Kay!, has been postponed.
